- Implement and establish the Quality Assurance concept and policy in the initial and design stage. To make sure the product can fulfill safety, reliability or international requirement.
- Performing all related Environmental Test, Reliability Test, Vibration Test , Durability Test, etc.
- Performing Reliability Test for all new parts and products, for approval purpose, before mass production. Samples will be drawn from mass production, as monitoring the vendor and production stability.
- Performing vendor appraisal, vendor's quality system audit.
- Carrying out a Certified Calibration Scheme which is traceable to National Standard.
- Performing periodically Calibration Service for all internal testing equipment.
- Analyzing any quality problems and following up the relevant corrective actions.
